You will follow the rugged, unique path of the Picos de Europa and stroll along the Costa Verde, one of Spain's most beautiful coastlines, and the rugged north coast of Galicia with its deep fjords. Ending in the old port city of A Coruña, which treats you to stunning views and historical sights.

Day 1: Departure to Bilbao - Pechón
After you land, you will drive to the coastal village of Pechón.
Day 2: Santillana del Mar - Cuevas de Altamira
Through typical seaside towns like San Vicente de la Barquera and Comillas, you'll drive to Santillana del Mar. Discover the charms of this medieval town and visit the famous caves of Altamira, with world-renowned prehistoric petroglyphs (replica of the protected original).
Day 3: Pechón - Cangas de Onis
You will follow the beautiful coastal route via Llanes to Ribadesella with its historic town centre and continue via Arriondas to Cangas de Onis.
Day 4: The Picos de Europa
A unique mountain ride through the Picos de Europa takes you to characteristic towns and via the impressive Desfiladora de los Beyos to Riaño, and then, via the Puerto de San Glorio, to Potes. Finally, you will drive via the Desfiladero de la Hermida, Arenas de Cabrales back to Cangas de Onis.
Day 5: Mirador del Fito - Villaviciosa - Nava
The Costa Verde, the Asturian coast, is one of the most beautiful Spanish coasts. Via the Mirador del Fito you reach the coastal village of Lastres, beautifully situated on cliffs. A little further you will reach Villaviciosa via a deep inlet, and via Nava with some old mansions and its renowned cider, you will return to your hotel.
Day 6: Cangas de Onis - Ribadeo
Passing through Oviedo, Áviles and the coastal road, you will head towards Galicia, until you arrive in Ribadeo.
Day 7: A bit of the north coast of Galicia
From Ribadeo, you will follow the beautiful north coast via the port town of Viveiro to Ortigueira. Along the way, deep 'rías' (fjords), bays and headlands alternate. You return through the inland, via Betanzos and Villalba.
Day 8: Ribadeo - Lugo - A Coruña
Lugo was the capital of Gallaecía (Galicia) under Roman occupation. This remarkable city walls date from that period and the historic core (Intra Murros). A pedestrian area surrounds the impressive cathedral. If you do not opt for an extension in Santiago de Compostela, you can visit this famous pilgrimage city and granite university town after or instead of Lugo. Afterwards, you will continue to A Coruña.
Day 9: A Coruña
La Coruña, as the city is called in Spanish, is the economic engine of this region. The old port city boasts stunning views and historical sights. Characterised by tall windows, the 'Galerias', oriel windows with mostly white frames with balconies, the city is sometimes called 'la ciudad de cristal' (the crystal city). Stroll along the 'paseo maritimo' a 10km-long walkway around the peninsula.
Day 10: Going home
