Day 1: Arrival in Casablanca

You fly to Casablanca, where you are met on arrival for the transfer to your hotel in the city. With its expansive neighbourhoods, modern architecture and large harbour, Casablanca is the economic heart of Morocco. The rest of the day is free to recover from the journey. Those who wish can take a first walk along the ocean or enjoy dinner at one of the city’s many restaurants.

Day 2: Casablanca

After breakfast, you head out to explore the city. The highlight of the day is undoubtedly the Hassan II Mosque, impressively located on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean. It is one of the largest mosques in the world and one of the few in Morocco open to non-Muslim visitors. You then stroll along the Corniche of Aïn Diab, where locals and visitors gather by the sea. In the old medina and the Habous district, you gain insight into daily life and traditional craftsmanship. The evening is at leisure.

Day 3: Casablanca – El Jadida

You leave Casablanca and travel south along the Atlantic coast towards El Jadida. This former Portuguese fortified town immediately feels quieter and more compact. Upon arrival, you check in at your hotel. The afternoon is free to head to the beach, walk along the seafront or simply enjoy the hotel facilities.

Day 4: El Jadida

Today you discover El Jadida on foot. You visit the Portuguese Cistern, an underground space where light and water create a striking atmosphere. The city walls overlooking the sea, the fishing port and the local market complete the picture. The rest of the day is free for relaxation, time at the beach or an activity at the hotel.

Day 5: El Jadida – Safi – Essaouira

After breakfast, you continue your journey along the coast. En route, you stop in Safi, known for its ceramics and pottery. In the workshops, you see how this tradition is still very much alive. From higher points, you enjoy views over the city and the ocean. You then continue on to Essaouira. Upon arrival, you check in and have time to take a first walk through the town or settle down on a terrace.

Day 6: Essaouira

You explore Essaouira with a guide. The compact medina, protected by city walls and bastions, invites you to wander. In the harbour, fishermen bring in their catch while blue boats line the quay. The Skalas and small art galleries add to the city’s distinctive character. The afternoon is free for the beach, a gallery visit or simply time by the sea.

Day 7: Essaouira – Taghazout

You continue south along the Atlantic coast towards Taghazout. This former fishing village is now best known for its beaches and relaxed atmosphere. Upon arrival, you check in at your hotel. The rest of the day is free to explore the surroundings or enjoy the sea and sunshine.

Day 8: Taghazout

A day without a fixed programme. You spend the day by the sea or at the hotel. A walk along the coast, time by the pool or a visit to the spa fill the day at your own pace.

Day 9: Taghazout – Marrakech

After breakfast, you leave the coast and travel inland towards Marrakech. The landscape changes along the way, giving way to drier plains and urban bustle. Upon arrival, you check in at your hotel. Later in the day, you head to Jemaa el-Fna square, where food stalls, musicians and street performers shape the evening atmosphere.

Day 10: Marrakech

Today you discover Marrakech with a guide. You visit the Koutoubia Mosque, the city’s most recognisable landmark, and the Ben Youssef Madrasa, a former Quranic school renowned for its intricate woodwork and mosaics. The Jardin Secret offers a quiet retreat in the heart of the medina. The afternoon is free to wander through the souks or relax in a traditional hammam.

Day 11: Departure from Marrakech

After breakfast, you are transferred to Marrakech airport for your return flight. Those who wish may extend the journey with extra days on the coast or a longer stay in Marrakech.
