The procedure is very simple, whether you book online or use our assistance. Please check:
You've decided to book your vacation? It's a great plan! Book your hotels online or confirm your offer via MyCaractère. Here you can see the deposit you'll need to secure your trip. If we're also booking flights for you, we'll need your full passport details to confirm the flight tickets. Payment can be made by bank transfer, debit card or credit card (Visa or Mastercard only).
Once everything is available and we have received your payment, we book your trip, process the payment (the full balance if you book within one month of departure) and send you a confirmation. After the first payment, a contract is concluded between us. In the unlikely event that we are unable to book your trip exactly as agreed (due to availability problems, for example), we will work with you to find a suitable alternative and send you a new offer. If there is no suitable alternative, you will receive a full refund of your payment.
Once all elements of your booking have been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation invoice. Everything is clearly indicated: your itinerary, passenger information, the amount still to be paid and the payment deadline. Please note that after the confirmation invoice has been issued, adjustments may incur additional charges.
The remaining amount must be paid six weeks before departure. This payment can be made by bank transfer or debit card. Don't worry, we'll send you a reminder.
Approximately two weeks before departure, you will receive your final travel documents by e-mail, unless we have made other arrangements.
