From the vast plains of the Alentejo, full of silvery olive trees and cork oaks, to the breathtakingly beautiful Algarve coast. It is undoubtedly the ultimate combination to discover southern Portugal.
Your experience trip starts in Évora, a cosy city with lots of monumental buildings, museums and Roman temples. On the way to the Algarve, you will discover the residence of the powerful Dukes of Bragança, the immense aqueduct of Elvas and the marble quarries of Estremoz.
The eastern part of the Algarve is characterised by unusual lagoons and kilometres of sandy islands. On the way to Faro, with its cosy old centre, you can first catch your breath at one of the many idyllic beaches. Or explore the coastline as far as Sagres, Europe's most south-westerly point.
