Day 1: Arrival in Sorrento
Upon arrival at Naples Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel in Sorrento. Depending on your arrival time, you can explore the area or dive straight into the city. Wander past viewpoints overlooking the Gulf of Naples or enjoy your first gelato in Piazza Tasso.
Day 2: Naples
Take the ferry to Naples and start your visit at the robust Castel Nuovo, near the harbour. Then walk to the vast Piazza del Plebiscito and admire the Royal Palace and the neoclassical San Francesco di Paola church. Afterwards, visit the Archaeological Museum, where you will find original frescoes, sculptures and mosaics from Pompeii and Herculaneum. For lunch, try an authentic Neapolitan pizza at L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele. In the afternoon, explore Spaccanapoli, the narrow street that cuts through the old town. Finish with a visit to the impressive Sansevero Chapel, where the statue “The Veiled Christ” leaves a lasting impression.
