The hotel grounds have been built with respect for the magnificent historical elements. It consists of a Venetian 'palazzo' and a renovated factory building. These are connected by an elegant piazza, where you'll even find an idyllic 18th-century church. A dream photo location, or who knows even the perfect place for a romantic wedding ceremony.
All rooms are spacious, bright and equipped with all facilities. Think minibar, coffee and tea, bathrooms finished in marble and complemented with cosmetics... You will also find flat-screen TVs ranging from 42 to 50 inches in every room. The rooms are spread across the various buildings, which together form a complex that blends harmoniously into the surrounding landscape.
Sea views take on another dimension in the Bay of Kotor, especially in a hotel with this location. The Deluxe Suites with sea view are therefore well worth their extra price tag.
As mentioned earlier, the sea steals the show at Heritage Grand Perast - especially on the private beach. Enjoy yourself at the beach club, with a pontoon with sun beds built into the sea. From here, you dive straight into the glistening seawater. Also in the beach club you will find the hotel's outdoor pool, an infinity pool that seems to merge into the waves like this. At 13 metres long, the pool is rather modest, but the inviting Adriatic Sea offers plenty of cooling for everyone. All sunbeds are provided with bath towels and parasols.
With a hammam, Finnish sauna, Turkish bath and heated indoor pool, the wellness area is the place to be for a whole afternoon of relaxation. In turn, one of the four massage rooms offers a range of treatments. By the sea, there are several options for water sports such as kayaking, snorkelling and paddle boarding. Finally, there is also a gym where you can work out your fitness.
All ages are welcome at this hotel, although there are no specific facilities for toddlers.
On restaurant Riva's terrace, you dine with your feet almost in the water. On Piazza's terrace, the Mediterranean atmosphere comes into its own with an aperitif.

Kotor is about 14 km away, Budva 35 km away, Podgorica 98 km away and Dubrovnik 79 km away.

There is parking for hotel guests, but spaces are limited. There is also the possibility of paying parking in a public car park nearby. In the summer months, the centre of Perast is car-free.
