It doesn't matter if you like architecture, fine dining, luxury or a good spa with thermal water. The new Castilla Termal Brihuega has it all. The hotel is housed in a unique, round building of an 18th-century textile mill. The hotel is located in the village of Brihuega, in the beautiful setting of the Alcarria region. Alcarria is also called the Spanish Provence because of its many lavender fields, cozy villages and their delicious honey.
The hotel is open all year round.

Today, only one of the four buildings of the former Royal Woolen Mill still stands. The round, salmon-colored building now serves as a hotel and was once the main production site. The current hotel rooms were once filled with barrels for processing various types of textiles sent to the Madrid court.
The hotel rooms are a unique blend of past and present. Each room exudes the historic soul of the factory, with seamlessly integrated modern elements. In the bathroom, water dispensers are used, and bathroom amenities are natural and plastic-free.
No matter which room you choose, there will be no shortage of views, whether it's of the village, the valley, or the remarkable romantic garden. Our favourites are the spacious and cosy deluxe rooms on the top floor. Robust wooden beams and avant-garde furniture create a cosy atmosphere.
The hotel has three pools, including the thermal pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor pool. Access to the indoor area is chargeable. The outdoor pool is free and exclusive to hotel guests. A lifeguard is present in the summer.
The hotel's underground is rich in thermal springs. The water feeds the nearly 2000 m² wellness area of the hotel with three pools, eleven treatment cabins for massages and other treatments. Be sure to try their signature massage 1750, which refers to the founding date of the factory. The region is ideal for beautiful walks. Looking for adventure? Take a hot air balloon ride over the beautiful lavender fields or fly with a paramotor. Near Sigüenza, you can kayak, climb, and abseil.
Children of all ages are welcome here. In the spa, there are special hours when children are allowed: every day from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
A must-try on the menu are the lamb chops.
From fresh bread from the local bakery to meat from the best local supplier, the hotel uses fresh and local products. In the restaurant, seasonal ingredients shine in dishes inspired by the traditional cuisine of Castile-La Mancha. You can enjoy breakfast and dinner here. For a more relaxed atmosphere, head to the gastrobar for lunch and dinner.

Therefore, the youngest member of the Castilla Termal family is certainly not the least. One of the most beautiful and characteristic elements are the gardens, with an almost baroque structure. And the spa is perhaps the most beautiful and largest of all Castilla Termal hotels!
