Castilla Termal Olmedo was built on the foundations of the Sancti Spiritus Mudéjar monastery dating back to the 12th century. The old fireplace of the monastery can still be found in the relaxation area of the Patio Mudejar Experience.
All rooms overlook the beautiful estate. Some rooms are built on top of the convent's original private quarters, which were once home to famous and influential people such as Queen Juana I of Castile and Santa Teresa de Jess, for example. Thanks to the use of warm materials, the rooms exude a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
The superior rooms are our favourite as they are spacious and include a living room and sofa. The bathroom consists of both a shower with hydromassage and a bathtub. The double bed at 2m by 2m ensures a refreshing night's sleep after which you can enjoy a delicious Nespresso in the morning.
