At Château Léognan, you literally sleep among the treetops at a height of 8 to 10 meters? What makes it even better: these three treehouses in the oak forest offer the exact same 4-star comfort as the castle itself. So no roughing it, but a luxurious bathroom, a comfortable bed, and a private terrace with views over the vineyards!
The 19th-century chateau and its estate offer 21 rooms, suites, and lodges. You'll sleep surrounded by soft, warm tones, large castle windows, and views of the greenery. Every room comes with a complimentary minibar, a Lavazza coffee machine, and a spacious bathroom to freshen up after a day out.
Without a doubt, one of the three treehouses. You'll sleep 8 to 10 meters up, right among the oak trees. They feature the same comfort as the chateau: a proper bathroom with a hot shower, a real bed, and a wooden terrace where you wake up to birdsong in the morning. Prefer staying on the ground? Choose the Prestige room with a private garden, where you can step straight out onto the grass with a morning cup of coffee.
Outside, you'll find a wooden Nordic bath. Step straight into the warm water with views over the forest. The chateau also has a hammam and sauna to warm up after a walk through the countryside.

If you like staying active, rent a bike to explore the area, play a match on the padel or tennis court, or take a long walk through the chateau forest. Prefer a slower pace? The chef prepares creative dishes using fresh, seasonal, and local produce, with vegetarian or gluten-free options available upon request. In the morning, you’ll start your day with a rich breakfast buffet packed with local treats. Being on an active wine estate, they naturally serve their very own Pessac-Léognan wines. You can enjoy a glass during a cellar tasting, as an aperitif on the terrace overlooking the estate, or simply in the evening in one of the cozy lounge areas.
