The hotel's owner, Didier Perréol, was the first to discover and introduce organic quinoa in France in 1989. He visited several producers in the communities of the Bolivian Altiplano and greatly contributed to the exposure of this crop in Europe.
All rooms have been stylishly decorated and have a unique character overlooking the castle courtyard or park. They were housed in the castle or in two residences, 'Bastide' and 'Trianon'. Some rooms have a balcony or a terrace. All have parquet or old tiled floors, and coffee and tea making facilities. In the bathroom you will find bathrobes and slippers.

There is a nice breakfast buffet with organic products, served on the terrace when the weather permits. The gastronomic restaurant is open every day from around May to September, and from Tuesday evening to Sunday afternoon from about October to April. Here and on the terrace, if the weather allows it, you can enjoy a light, natural cuisine based on organic ingredients from the hotel's own impressive vegetable and herb garden of 4,000m². 90% of the dishes are completely organic and can be accompanied by a delicious regional wine. We recommend booking your table in advance due to the limited capacity.
