The owner Gérard Bertrand, a former rugby player, is also a passionate art lover besides being a winemaker and hotelier. He has created his own art collection and you can discover some of his art objects among the vineyards. Every year, various artists and performers are invited to organise an exhibition both inside and outside the hotel. The exposition then takes place in the vineyards. This makes for a special, almost surreal outdoor decor. An artistic event that should not be missed is the annual four-day "Festival Jazz à L'Hospitalet" in the courtyard of the wine estate. This renowned jazz festival has been welcoming the greatest French and international artists every summer since 2004 on a magnificent stage on the Château L'Hospitalet domain for unforgettable open-air concerts.
All rooms have a contemporary design, with most having views of the vineyards or garden. The rooms are located in the castle, which consists of three buildings and 31 rooms, and a villa with 11 junior suites and suites. The villa is a former farmhouse that was fully renovated recently, located about 50 metres from the main building. Rooms in the villa have a terrace or a small balcony. Rooms in the castle do not have a balcony or terrace.
Junior Suite Villa Soleilla is located in the separate villa on the estate that has 11 rooms. One of the pools is for guests in the villa only. From your balcony you will have a nice view of the surrounding vineyards.
There are two heated swimming pools, one for guests in Villa Soleilla and one for guests in the Château. Between May and November, you can relax in the pool. Just six kilometres from the hotel lies their private beach "L'Hospitalet Beach". The beach is always open from May to September and includes sunbeds, parasols, sofa beds with white wavy curtains.
Anyone over 18 can visit the hotel's spa with a sauna, fitness and various massage options. You can opt for a guided walk and wine tasting on the estate or explore the vineyards and the nature park on an electric scooter, followed by a wine tasting. Make sure to visit several art exhibitions on the estate. There are also various activities available such as yoga, tennis, renting bicycles, boat excursions ... Golfers can head to Carcassonne at 70 km and Golf Cap d'Agde at 65 km.

In the gourmet restaurant L'Art de Vivre you can sample refined dishes every evening from Thursday to Sunday. When both restaurants are closed, you can always order room service. L'Hospitalet Beach Club is open from Tuesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner from May to September. Besides good food, you'll be able to experience live DJ and saxophone music here in the evening.
