The hotel, opened in 2014, was built on the site of a former tile factory. The original facade was preserved and expanded with new buildings. Several elements in the stylish and contemporary interior refer to the rich history of Italian ceramics.
The modern and tastefully decorated rooms have large windows where you can enjoy beautiful views of the lake.
Our favourite is the Charming, where you enjoy frontal lake views. Those who like to have a terrace or garden can opt for the Yachting Suite or the Junior Garden. If you'd like to add an outdoor hydromassage bath, go full-on for the Garden Suite Superior.
There is a heated swimming pool, partly outdoors and partly covered with hydromassage. The pool is on the second floor and nearby there is a small terrace with loungers.
During your stay, enjoy the Wellness Center with free sauna, hammam and a panoramic relaxation area, among others. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy the fitness center. In the morning, you will enjoy a neat breakfast buffet with both hot and cold dishes. The day of your arrival, you can still enjoy breakfast until 10.30am, with nice view on the lake in good weather. A light lunch is available at lunchtime. In the late afternoon, the hotel offers an afternoon snack consisting of home-made products, coffee, tea and fruit juices. In the evening, a four-course dinner is included in the price with a choice of three dishes. It is possible to eat outside on the terrace with a nice view of the lake.
This hotel is located right on the eastern shore of Lake Maggiore, at the edge of the village of Laveno and near a small harbor. About a 20-minute walk away, you can take the boat to the western shore of the lake with Stresa and Pallanza, among others, or take the cable elevator to Sasso del Ferro at 1062 m, where you will have a breathtaking view of the lake and its surroundings. Luino, with its pleasant Wednesday market, is 16 km away, Angera, with its imposing castle, is 19 km away, Lugano 38 km and Como 52 km away.
