Hotel Supetar Cavtat is built on the remains of the Greek settlement of Epidaurus - later renamed Epidaurum by the Romans. The first mention of ancient Epidaurum was found in 48 BC in the work 'De bello Alexandrino', where the fortress was described as a 'praesidium' or fortified city that gained colony status in the time of Augustus.
All rooms are differently furnished and decorated with colourful materials. They all have air conditioning, coffee and tea sets and cosmetics by Natura Bissé. Each room can accommodate a maximum of two people.
In the Residence Deluxe room, you will enjoy extra space, comfort and a view of Cavtat's picturesque bay.
You will find peace and relaxation at the beautiful swimming pool, in the middle of the hotel's botanical garden. The small but very cosy beach of Cavtat is within walking distance.
There is no wellness, although there is so much to experience in this region that you won't have time for that.
All ages are welcome, but the hotel has a rather quiet atmosphere and no specific facilities for children.
The lovely terrace, overlooking the sailing yachts quietly bobbing offshore, is the ideal spot for a (romantic) dinner.
Bohemian chic.
The hotel's restaurant serves classic Croatian dishes using only the best, organic local produce. A meticulously prepared breakfast buffet awaits you every morning, but it is the view that steals the show here. For wine lovers, the inviting Wine Bar offers a wide selection of some of the best local wines. Cooling refreshments and cocktails are served at the poolside lounge bar.
Hotel supetar cavtat is located in the cosy little port of Cavtat, with plenty of local restaurants, just under 20 km from Dubrovnik. The city itself can be reached in 25 minutes by car, as well as from the water. In high season, you can reach the old town by ferry or water taxi. The sight of all that splendour is even more impressive from the water.
Dubrovnik airport is just a 15-minute drive away.
A daily transfer is available at around 24 euro per way.
Hotel Supetar Cavtat is part of Dubrovnik's 'protected city area' and is located in a pedestrian zone. To preserve peace and serenity, cars are not allowed there. Fortunately, you can park your (rental) car very easily and for free in the car park of the nearby Hotel Croatia. Just give the hotel a call and they will be happy to pick you up free of charge.
Superbly renovated boutique hotel a stone's throw from bustling Dubrovnik. Ideal for exploring this beautiful region in peace and style.
