Prepare your own dishes in the equipped kitchen. Don't feel like cooking? Then visit the hotel's restaurants. Within the complex you will find the Sterna restaurant, located in the heart of the estate's historic building. It is developed around the Byzantine cistern with water lilies and is open several days a week, from June to September.
There is also the restaurant Mouries, which is open all day, surrounded by the mulberry trees of the same name, from which it gets its name and which offer you the coolness of their shade as you sit at the outdoor tables. Authentic preparations and homemade flavours prevail here. They prepare everything with fresh seasonal products: vegetables, fruits and aromatic herbs of superior quality, olive oil and olives from the manor's olive groves, local cheeses, fresh meat from the mountain villages and fish of the day.
The Kinsterna Hotel is located in the village of Agios Stefanos, 7 km southwest of Monemvasia in the southern Peloponnese and is built on the edge of the "Ibrahim Bay" estate. Monemvasia, known to the Franks as "Malvasia," is a historic town in the eastern Peloponnese, in the province of Epidaurus Limiras, in the prefecture of Laconia. It is best known for its medieval fortress, on the eponymous "Rock of Monemvasia," a small island connected by a bridge to the present-day beach of the settlement. The castle's surviving buildings and structures include outer wall defenses and several small Byzantine churches.
