Hotel owner Euan is a pilot and has his own small plane. Fancy a unique, spectacular experience? Then be sure to go for for a panoramic flight over the Scottish Highlands. You will take off and land on a specially constructed runway on the hotel grounds, an experience to remember.
The rooms are spacious, bright and decorated with respect for authentic elements. They are all equipped with cosmetics from the luxurious Aromatherapy Associates. Each of the cottages feature a cosy wood-burning stove.
All rooms and cottages are unique, so it's hard to pick just one. In the Red Gates cottage, built in the former carriage house of the manor, you'll enjoy a large open living space. Black Isle may be one of the driest regions of Scotland, but on a rainy day this is the ideal place to cosy up by the fireplace.
There is no spa at the hotel, but the scenery here is so beautiful that you will hardly want to be inside.
At Newhall Mains, they do everything they can to make your stay as memorable as possible. Feel like getting out and about? Castle tours, whiskey tasting, picnics ... the staff is happy to organise them all for you.

For special occasions, there is also an "asado," an authentic charcoal grill in the garden. To put the cherry on top, the Japanese-inspired bar serves a selection of the most refined cocktails.
Newhall Mains is located near the town of Dingwall on the quiet Black Isle. Inverness and its airport can be found about a 35-minute drive away. The famous Loch Ness is an hour away by car, as is the Cairngorms National Park. The Scottish capital Edinburgh, all the way in the south of the country, can be discovered in less than four hours.
Inverness airport is easily accessible, about 40 kilometers away.
A transfer is possible upon request, possibly even by the hotel owner's private plane.
