Chef Elisio prefers the traditional cuisine of the Alentejo and uses mainly local products from the region and their own garden. You can choose from seasonal menus and have the opportunity to see the chef at work thanks to the open kitchen. After dinner, enjoy an Aguardente de Medronhos, a Portuguese fruit brandy made from strawberries, by the fire pit. Just one, because otherwise you won't find your room!
