Welcome to Susafa, an enchanting retreat in Sicily. In this beautiful place, a world of peace and serenity unfolds, where the harmony between rural life and idyllic views embraces you. What used to be an old farmhouse is now a rural retreat. Here everything revolves around nature: quiet spots to relax, seasonal ingredients on your plate, homemade bread with Susafa olive oil, and the pool amidst a green Mediterranean oasis.
Caractère customers receive a small jar of oregano or a bottle of olive oil as a gift. Newlyweds will receive a bottle of prosecco and some fresh fruits in their room.
The hotel is open from the beginning of April to the end of October. In high season (from July to September included), a minimum stay from 2 or 3 nights is requested.

The owner himself lives in the masseria and has two sweet dogs that you will see regularly. The hotel has been completely renovated with attention to authentic elements. For example, the old granary was converted into a cozy restaurant. The bar is located in the former wine press house and the rooms are the original horse stables, storage rooms for weapons, bakeries ...
Susafa's rooms are the ideal place to retreat to. They are tastefully decorated and have views of the garden or the beautiful surroundings. There is a peaceful atmosphere interrupted only by the sounds of nature.
The elegant Deluxe Suite is a fully renovated suite dedicated to well-being, with a spacious bathroom, a sauna, walk-in shower and stand-alone bathtub. Originally, this room was the armory, combined with the chicken coop. Today, the Deluxe Suite is a small oasis in the heart of the Palermo countryside, thus providing a truly special stay.
Through a little path behind the hotel you reach the pool, which is surrounded by nature. This is where you will completely unwind.
The hotel has no wellness, but you can ask for a massage. They provide weekly activities such as cooking classes, wine tastings, picnics, garden tours, ...

Il Granaio, the restaurant in the farm's old granary, serves local cuisine under the 0-kilometer motto. All ingredients come from its own garden and local producers, from herbs to pasta and meat.
Susafa is located at the foot of the Madonie Mountains in the province of Palermo. Palermo city is 100 km away and Cefalù is 67 km away. The Madonie Regional Natural Park is a half-hour drive away.
