Villa Nai 3.3 is on Dugi Otok, a quiet island off the coast of Zadar, roughly halfway between Venice and Dubrovnik. The hotel has just nine units in total, made up of rooms, suites and a villa, and sits in the middle of an olive grove more than 500 years old, from which it makes its own olive oil. Every room is at least 40 m², with a 30 m² terrace and furniture by the Italian design brand Giorgetti. Villa Nai 3.3 is the only hotel in Croatia with three Michelin Keys, the Michelin Guide’s distinction for hotels (separate from the stars awarded to restaurants).

The estate sits in an olive grove more than 500 years old, from which Villa Nai 3.3 makes its own olive oil. Every olive is picked by hand. In 2024 and 2025, it was the most awarded olive oil in Croatia in the EVOO World Ranking.
All rooms are spacious: the smallest is at least 40 m², and every room has a terrace of at least 30 m². Each has a king-size bed, a freestanding bath, a walk-in shower and double sinks. The furniture is by the Italian design brand Giorgetti, the bathrooms by the Italian brand Agape and the bed linen by Frette, also from Italy. Toiletries are by Diptyque.
The sea-view rooms look out over the Adriatic and the small islands off the coast.
The outdoor infinity pool is 23 metres long, filled with seawater and overlooks the Adriatic. Indoors, there is a heated jacuzzi.
The spa offers a wide range of treatments and facilities: a Finnish sauna, Balinese and Thai massages, cold plasma treatments, revitalising treatments and a private meditation garden. The massages use homemade products based on the estate’s own olives. Feel like being active? Play a set on the tennis court, train in the outdoor sports area or explore the surroundings on a rented bike. On the water, you can take a private boat trip to Kornati National Park, kayak to the Golubinka cave or go big-game fishing.
Children are welcome from the age of 12. If you book the entire estate, children of all ages are welcome.
Breakfast is served on the terrace, next to a small ornamental pond, with views of the hinterland and the coast.

Restaurant Grotta 11.000 serves Croatian fish and meat dishes grilled over a wood fire, a technique that has been used in the region for thousands of years. The gourmet restaurant 3.3 serves a nine-course tasting menu of modern Mediterranean fish dishes, or a seven-course vegetarian menu as an alternative. Most ingredients come from the estate itself, where they are grown ecologically. Both restaurants have only a few tables, so booking is highly recommended.
Villa Nai 3.3 is on Dugi Otok, the largest island in the Zadar archipelago, with many secluded bays and quiet beaches. The small town of Sali is about a 10-minute drive away and Božava just over half an hour. Zadar is less than an hour away by ferry.
Zadar airport is about 50 km away. You can reach the estate by ferry, by boat or by private helicopter transfer.

Parking is available for guests, with a free charging point for electric cars.
