The hotel is surrounded by an olive grove that is more than 500 years old. Everywhere you look, you'll see an olive tree somewhere. Not surprisingly, Villa Nai 3.3 produces its own olive oil - and like everything else in the hotel, it is of the highest standard. Each olive is hand-picked and processed into a unique, high-quality oil that you've definitely never tasted before.
All rooms are very spacious, min. 40 m² for the smallest room, and feature a lovely terrace of min. 30 m². Each room has a king-size bed, a free-standing bathtub, a walk-in shower and double sinks. All rooms are furnished with designer furniture by exclusive Italian label Giorgetti. The bathrooms are by the also Italian luxury brand Agape. Even the bedding is Italian, more specifically from the exclusive and artisanal brand Frette. The cosmetics, in turn, are provided by Hermès.
The sea view rooms offer fantastic views of the azure Adriatic Sea and numerous small islands nearby. A beautiful spectacle you can't stop watching.
Take a refreshing dip in the 23-metre outdoor infinity pool or unwind in the indoor whirlpool, both filled with seawater and framed by soothing views of the Adriatic. It’s the perfect spot to relax, recharge and soak up the sun.
The spa offers a wide range of treatments: a Finnish sauna, Balinese and Thai massages, cold plasma and revitalising therapies, and a private meditation garden. The gourmet restaurant 3.3 serves 7-course menus of modern Mediterranean dishes with custom wines and à la carte options. Both hotels' ingredients are ecologically produced using only the best local produce. Both restaurants guarantee an intimate setting with very limited seating. Reservations are highly recommended.
Villa Nai 3.3 is located on Dugi Otok, the largest island in the Zadar Archipelago. You will find several secluded bays and quiet beaches. The small town of Sali is about a 10-minute drive away. Božava at just over half an hour. The city of Zadar can be reached by ferry in less than an hour.
Zadar airport is about 50 km away. You will reach the hotel by ferry, boat or private transfer by helicopter.
