Day 1: Athens, welcome aboard

You arrive in Athens and have time to get into the atmosphere. Check in, briefly explore the neighborhood or dive into a cozy tavern. Day 2: Heraklion, capital city with energy

It is built on a hill overlooking the harbor and surrounded by impressive Venetian walls. From the top you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the city. The old town bustles with small stores, squares, cafes and architectural testimonies of its rich history. The Palace of Knossos illustrates the power and wealth of the legendary King Minos. Day 3: Santorini, white over volcanic blue

Arrival: early morning | Departure: evening Santorini appears as an amphitheater of rock and light. The basalt cliffs offer breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. To enjoy these, head to the capital Fira. Terraces adorned with bougainvillea offer panoramic views of miles of coastline. Further away is the picturesque village of Oia, built like a staircase of white and blue houses against the volcanic slope. In the south of the island, you can visit the impressive ruins of Akrotiri, an ancient city that was destroyed by a volcanic eruption and buried under a thick layer of lava and ash. A day full of iconic images and peaceful moments.

Day 4: Rhodes, knights and Mediterranean flair

Arrival: early morning | Departure: late evening The medieval city of Rhodes is on the UNESCO list for a reason. With its particularly pleasant climate, the island invites you to hike and explore. You will find picturesque white villages and a beautiful medieval city, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the heart of the island, the mountains are covered with forests, while on the west side are vineyards and fields. Rhodes owes much of its charm to the Knights of St. John, who ruled the island from 1310 to 1522 and built impressive fortress walls with imposing gates. Don't miss this enchanting island - with its tranquil beaches, wide walkways and the legend of the Colossus of Rhodes, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Day 5: Amorgos, clear waters and whitewashed tranquility

Arrival: afternoon | Departure: evening It's no coincidence that the island of Amorgos was chosen as the filming location for Luc Besson's movie The Big Blue. You too will fall for the charm of this island as soon as the ship approaches. Amorgos is the easternmost island of the Cyclades and is known for its rocky coves with crystal clear waters and its picturesque villages. During this stopover, you can visit the beautiful village of Chora, with its cobbled streets, whitewashed houses and the castle that towers over it. Byzantine churches, windmills and flowery courtyards complete the picture of this timeless piece of Greece. Simple, real and just right.

Day 6: Delos and Mykonos, from sanctuary to island style

Delos - Arrival: early morning | Departure: afternoon The legendary Cycladic island of Delos lies just a few miles southwest of Mykonos. The ceremonial solemnity of this ancient sanctuary will leave no one unmoved. The size and historical significance of this UNESCO World Heritage Site - which covers more than half of the island - are impressive in their own right. From the Stoa of Antigonos to the Terrace of the Lions with its sculpted marble statues, you will discover new wonders everywhere, against the backdrop of the Aegean Sea stretching to the horizon. From the steps of the ancient theater on the hill you have a magnificent view.

Mykonos - Arrival: early afternoon | Departure: late evening Nicknamed "Little Venice," Mykonos is famous for its neighborhood of Alefkandra, where the houses are built directly on the water. The colorful balconies are characteristic of this Cyclades island, as are the pelicans and windmills. On the quays of the old harbor you can admire the birds up close. Higher up on the hill, the white windmills spin in the wind. In the cobblestone streets of the car-free center, bougainvillea adorn the white facades. As you wander through the maze of streets, the coast and beaches beckon - especially the quiet coves on the north coast. An afternoon and evening that slip by easily.

Day 7: Hydra, style without cars

Arrival: early morning | Departure: late afternoon This special gem of the Saronic Islands lies east of the Peloponnese. No cars are allowed on Hydra. The port city, which bears the same name as the island, lies against the slopes of a mountainous bay. You will be amazed by the beautiful stone mansions - a typical architectural style here - and by the colorful kaiks (traditional fishing boats) along the quay. Further along the coast you will discover the Historical Archive Museum. Collections from the National Historical Museum of Athens are displayed in the elegant Villa Koundouriotis.

Day 8: Athens, wrap up with an appetite for more
