Day 1: Arrival in Iceland

Your trip kicks off. Upon arrival, you will drive straight to your hotel in Reykjavik, you can spend the rest of the day at leisure. If you are interested, you can take a Reykjavik Food Walk, where you will be given a guided tour of the old city centre. Immediately dive into Icelandic gastronomy and let your taste buds be surprised.

Day 2: Gullfoss, Geysir and the south coast

Leave the capital and explore part of the Golden Circle and the south coast. Along the way you will encounter several sights, such as the Gullfoss waterfall and the Geysir hot spring area. Along the south coast you will encounter even more must-sees, with the Sejalandsfoss and Skogafoss waterfalls.

Day 3: Skaftafell - Jokulsarlon - Vik

On day 3, you will be in the region of the largest National Park in Western Europe: Vatnajokull National Park. You will cross vast sandy plains and beautiful glaciers. Along the way, you can go on beautiful hikes. Fancy an unforgettable experience? Then take part in a guided hike to a glacier.

Day 4: Thingvellir - Borgarfjordur

Thingvellir National Park is part of UNESCO. A unique destination and the site of Iceland's ancient parliament. Enjoy a unique hike across two continents and visit some more beautiful waterfalls. Afterwards, you will unwind completely in geothermal baths.

Day 5: Snaefellsnes

On day 5, you will explore the Snaefellsnes peninsula. Here you will find different Icelandic landscapes in just one area. The magnificent Snaefessjokull glacier volcano is the highlight of the peninsula. Continue driving past lively fishing villages and stop at Kirkjufell, Iceland's most photographed mountain.

Day 6: Reykjanes - Blue Lagoon

On day 6, you will head to the Reykjanes Peninsula and drive past the lunar-like lava fields. The peninsula is a UNESCO GeoPark, with a huge number of interesting sites related to geothermal activity, volcanoes and tectonic plates. Be sure to make a stop in the fishing village of Grindavik. Afterwards, you will head to the famous Blue Lagoon and enjoy the wonderfully warm water rich in minerals that are beneficial for the skin. You will end your day in Reykjavik.

Day 7: Going home

Today you leave nature's beauty behind and return home.
