This beautiful estate was created in the 12th century in an interesting location facing the sea to protect itself from pirates. It was restored several times and was taken over by the aristocratic Nifosì family in 1700. As the last heiress, Vincenza Jolanda Nifosì di Canalazzi decided to use the property to receive guests. Eremo Della Giubiliana is the only hotel in Sicily to have a registered archaeological site on its grounds.

You can relax in the Asphodelus wellness area. It is located in the most exclusive part of the domain opposite the archaeological site dating from the 8th century AD. Make sure to try one of the various massage treatments.
