Everything in this beautiful mansion is designed to be as sustainable as possible and to minimize the impact on the environment. For example, towels are changed daily only upon request, with the sole purpose of being environmentally conscious.
All rooms are spacious and warmly decorated with all the quality amenities you would expect from a boutique hotel. Each room has a furnished terrace with garden view. Be sure to test out the organic lavender soap in the bathroom. For ecological reasons, towels and bed linen are changed every two days. If desired, you can request an extra change.
We don't have a favorite because all five rooms are equally beautiful.
Relax in the outdoor swimming pool with panoramic views of the surroundings. The beautiful beaches of the Vendicari Nature Reserve with their pure and crystal clear waters are a short distance from I Carusi. You can reach the beach by a scenic walk or by bicycle.
Opt for a massage or yoga class at the hotel and unwind completely. Through the hotel you can rent bikes to explore the beautiful surroundings.
Bring a brunch basket full of delicious organic food on your bike or hike and choose a nice spot on the beach for a picnic.
Enjoy an à la carte breakfast in the morning. At noon and in the evening you have a choice of organic dishes that you can eat outside on the terrace overlooking the pool and the valley. The restaurant has a delicious local cuisine that fully meets the requirements of a 0 kilometer story. Between 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm you will enjoy a delicious appetizer with Sicilian cheeses. The restaurant is closed for a fortnight in March.
I Carusi Bio Relais is located in south-east Sicily, in the heart of Val di Noto.
