Leeda's Village is a family affair: the Giatra family created everything here themselves. And you can take that quite literally, as Father familias Dyonisios single-handedly rebuilt all the houses after a major earthquake in the 1990s. Proud of his achievements, he named the estate after his daughter Leeda. And you feel that warmth as a guest, too, over and over again. So it won't be long before you feel part of the family.
Leeda's Village consists of both rooms, villas and cottages and are all cleaned daily. They are rustically decorated with a bohemian touch. In the villas and cottages, breakfast is served in the private garden, for the rooms in the restaurant. They all have a Nespresso coffee machine and grooming products from Olivia.
From the Grand Villa, six guests enjoy breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea and the famous island of Marathonisi off the coast. This protected marine nature reserve is the nesting place of the Caretta turtle. Hence, it is popularly known as the "Turtle Island. The Junior Suite is our favorite suite because it is very spacious and has a separate bedroom. Ideal for couples or small families.
Leeda's Village has a spacious swimming pool and separate children's pool. The Grand Villa and cottages each have a private pool where you can relax and cool off in peace. A ten-minute walk away you will find an idyllic beach.
Massages are possible on request and are performed in peace in your own villa or room. Yoga and pilates are also possible. For this you can choose the place yourself: under the olive trees, in your own garden or on the beach. Either way, you will without a doubt become totally zen. From Lagana beach you can kayak to the Turtle Island, definitely an unforgettable experience.
Children of all ages are welcome. A babysitting service is available upon request at 70 euros per hour. There is no kids club but a visit to the farm animals will provide plenty of entertainment!

There is no dress code, but in soft tones and linen you will fit right in with the bohemian atmosphere of this place.
At Zefki's Leeda Slow Living Restaurant, everything is all about slow cooking. Chef Giannis Remos brings the best of Greek cuisine, using only daily fresh ingredients from their own farm. Everything you eat ripens on the spot in the Mediterranean sun. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dishes are also served in the villas from 7 to 9 pm. At Zefki's Poolside Bar you will taste delicious cocktails and snacks are served here throughout the day.
In the village of Lithakia, in the southwest of Zakynthos lies Leeda's VIllage. Within walking distance, about 900 meters, is the beach of Xalorai. The little port of Agios Sostis is 3 kilometers away and the quiet and paradisiacal beach of Plakaki is 14 kilometers away. Zakynthos Town is about a 25-minute drive away.
