The hotel is run by Agapi and Constantza Sbokou, two sisters born and raised in Crete. They manage the hotel with passion and a deep love for their island, something guests feel throughout the resort. Through the Phāea Farmers Program, they work closely with local producers and cook exclusively with their own olive oil.
