Located on the left bank of the Arno River, Riva Lofts is housed in a former factory built in 1880. 120 years later, the building became the studio of architect Claudio Nardi, who designed the spacious designer lofts of the current hotel. All lofts are spacious, starting from 30 m². They are stylishly decorated with both modern and antique furniture. A perfect blend of modernity and tradition. The lofts have a private entrance, a kitchenette and the bathrooms have a bath or shower. You can book a communicating room on request.
The Superior Loft on the ground floor is our favourite because of its space. For families, we recommend the Junior Suite with its two separate bedrooms.

With the hotel's free bikes, you can ride along the Arno River for about 2.5 km to the city centre. Go for a lovely walk, jog, bike ride or play tennis in the city's green lung called: Parco delle Cascine. This is about 800 meters away. Golf enthusiasts will find a golf course at 2 km from the hotel. Visit the many attractions of the historic centre including the Cathedral with its overwhelming dome by Brunelleschi, the Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti, the Uffizi Museum and the Galleria dell'Accademia with Michelangelo's David. You can also opt for a guided walking tour with a private guide.

In the afternoon you can choose from a small menu which includes homemade pasta, sandwiches and salads. At Riva Kitchen, from Wednesday to Saturday, you can taste Chef Michele's creative and seasonal dishes. Meals are served in the relaxing atmosphere of the living room or, in good weather, on the terrace or in the garden, where you can also have an aperitif in the shade of the trees.
Riva lofts is located on the banks of the Arno River, about 2.5 km from the centre of Florence. The Sansovino tram stop is about 300 metres from the hotel. By tram you can reach Florence city centre and railway station in 12 minutes.
