In 1896, the young Pablo Picasso's studio was located on the roof of the building. This is where he started painting and created his famous work 'Science and Charity'.

Le Nine Lounge Bar is open all day where you can go for a coffee to get the day off to a good start, a light snack such as tapas or a delicious aperitif.
