The Condé wine company has a great reputation, and so does their Borgo Condé Wine Resort. The owners offer you a one-of-a-kind retreat in touch with nature, and that is no exaggeration. The rural designed hotel in the shape of a hamlet ('borgo') rests among the hills, offering a panoramic view of the vineyards. It should come as no surprise of course that the two restaurants on this property offer fine food and drinks.

As Borgo Condé is a wine company with a special status, they are only allowed to serve their own wines (white, rosé and red wine) as alcoholic beverages. The hotel regularly hosts events and weddings.
All rooms are decorated in a rustic style and are scattered between the main building and four detached annexes at about 300 to 500 metres. Two of these annexes have a shared swimming pool. The rooms come with a TV, telephone, air conditioning, heating, safe, fridge with soft drinks, Wi-Fi and tiled floors. In the bathroom you will find a shower (some with bath and shower), a toilet, bidet, a hairdryer, bathrobes (except in type 'Classic') and slippers.
The junior suite is our favourite room for couples. For families with children, we recommend the family suite with two separate bedrooms and one bathroom. It is located in the annex building at about 300 metres and offers a panoramic view.
There are three outdoor swimming pools overlooking the vineyards, with sun loungers free of charge. They are open from around early May to late September.
The wellness centre has a heated indoor pool, a sauna and a hammam. You can use it for one hour a day, by reservation. It is open to guests aged 12 and over. Massages are available on request, and if you want to work out, there is a fitness room. On request, the hotel also organises cooking classes, picnics, horse rides and truffle hunts. There is an 18-hole golf course 40 kilometres away.
The day starts with a hot and cold breakfast buffet, and snacks and light meals are available at lunchtime. For a fuller meal, you can choose between two restaurants. Osteria Condé is a traditional osteria serving the specialities of Romagna: the sfogline, the region's pasta makers, still roll out the pasta by hand, and the regional dishes are paired with wines from the estate's own vineyard. The osteria is closed on Tuesdays. Bistrot DiVino, at the heart of the resort, is the domain of executive chef Paola Guarino, who serves tasting menus with matching wines. The bistro is closed on Mondays. In good weather, meals are served outdoors.
The hotel is in a quiet and panoramic location in an unspoilt domain of 110 ha with stunning views of the surrounding vineyards. Forlì with its medieval centre is at 15 km, the lively Cesena at 29 km, Ravenna at 40 km, the Adriatic Riviera at 50 km and Bologna at 80 km.
