All rooms are modernly furnished and distributed over five buildings. They have a TV, telephone, minibar, safe, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and either carpet or parquet floors. The bathrooms have a shower, a toilet, a bidet, a hairdryer and bathrobes.
Our favourite rooms are the type 'deluxe' with a terrace or garden or the 'deluxe prestige' which is more contemporary and has a terrace with a nice view of the hills.
The five outdoor swimming pools are open from mid-May to late September. There is a separate children's pool, a hydromassage pool and a pool that is covered in winter. Free loungers, parasols and towels are available.
There is a wellness centre in which children from the age of 16 are welcome. You can freely use the indoor swimming pool, hydromassage, sauna, hammam and Kneipp trail for 3 hours a day. There is a health centre for health advice, including diet and sleep programmes. You can use the fitness, bicycles, the playground and the workout trail for free. At an additional charche you can get electric bikes in summer, play tennis, squash, basketball, go paddle and use the putting green. 12 km away you can also play golf (18 holes). Motorbike lovers can head to the Ducati museum in Borgo Panigale at 28 km. A new health centre was opened in the hotel. In the centre, the staff will listen to guests' needs and help them find solutions to live a healthier and longer life.
The hotel has communicating rooms, type 'deluxe'. They are ideal for families with children! Children up to 12 years old get a small gift in the room.
You'll feel like royalty at restaurant Treno Royale, where you can dine on a saturday in a vintage train coach that dates back to 1921. A unique and luxurious experience!
There is a breakfast buffet. In the afternoon and evening, the 'Pool & Lounge' bar offers a wide choice of snacks, pastas and salads and an à la carte menu of regional and Italian dishes. Some evenings, pizzas are baked in the wood-fired oven. The trattoria Le Marzoline serves traditional dishes. In good weather, meals can be enjoyed on the terrace. For more refined cuisine, you should head to the restaurant Il Grifone.
The hotel is set in a quiet and panoramic location in an estate of about 30 hectares in the green hills to the east of Bologna, which is about 19 km away. Ravenna, known for its stunning mosaics is at 65 km, Ferrara and Modena at 70 km and Parma at 120 km.
